I haven’t been here for a minute. MS has it’s ups and downs and summer really sucks for me. There was a time pre-MS that I loved HOTT weather unfortunately not so much now. I try to stay hydrated(always) but that darn sun (I’m light so I always liked a good tan). Air conditioning is my best friend except for when I want to attend outdoor events. YUCK.
