I’ve had many lives in my 50ish years. I’m a daughter, a sister 2 by blood and many just cuz I’m cool, aunt, great friend, dog lover, chef(in my brain), motorcycle rider for 30 years, and my best title of that as a psychotherapist. In the last 2 years my life has changed drastically. Multiple Sclerosis!
I’ve been in quarantine pretty much since February 2020. I’ve made it pretty much because of my friends visiting and getting me out of my brain.
- This is my journey
- My ups and downs
- My confusion
- My complaints
- My good times
- My independent findings
I was encouraged by good friend to start my blog. He left for class and I grabbed my iPad. There are so many things on my mind and so many things I want to say. I will say them I promise.
- Hopefully I can encourage others to be more active and present in their healthcare needs.
- Multiple Sclerosis is never talked about in the African-American community.
- Historically MS is thought not to be prevalent! Not true!
